When Marketing Manager Kirsten Carolin reached out to our team and asked if we would help them build a new website — one that would be focused on their story and their customers — we were more than happy to help out.

According to Kirsten, Construction Engineers’ old website was “functional and basic.” In other words, the site was outdated, wasn’t optimized for mobile, nor did it have the CMS capabilities her team was looking for.
“We had bigger plans and ideas that our old website wasn’t able to help us with, like communicating effectively with current and potential clients and customers,” Kirsten says.
Moreover, according to Kirsten, the success of the construction industry (like most other industries) relies heavily on the customer experience and being able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. In other words, the new website needed to tell Construction Engineers’ story in a way that was real to the company’s mission, vision and values.

“From the smallest text change to uploading new project photos and news, we can now do this. In the past, we had to reach out to a web company to make updates, and that process cost us money and time. That may work for some small businesses, but not for us,” she says.
We are very excited about the future. The construction industry is strong and will continue to thrive. But more and more, our success is based upon our ability to develop strong relationships with clients. Now our website tells our stories and the success stories of our clients. It reflects our brand.
Often, website design companies make the process of redesigning website unnecessarily complicated, stressful and confusing. But according to Kirsten, our team made everything easy and “surprisingly fun.”
