When they were drawn as the winners of our 2019 holiday nonprofit website giveaway, we knew we had to make them something extremely special.
Pray for Gray’s directors and board wanted their website update to be something that was easy to use and would have an effective mobile browser view.
Pray for Gray is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 2007 by Julie Fletcher. Their focus is on supporting brain tumor patients and their families. They strive to foster hope and raise funds towards research and patient survival through their events.
Pray for Gray’s old site had these main problems:
Pray for Gray’s site content was very near and dear to them. Their old site held snapshots of events and galas from past years, capturing important memories of survivors, patients, and their friends and families. These memories in addition to event information and educational resources most definitely needed to be showcased in the new website.
We worked with Pray for Gray to build a site that would fulfill all of their wants and needs for their nonprofit. We created a site to check all their checkboxes by:
We provided Pray for Gray with a new, stylish website to act at a home base and provide an open door to anyone wanting to learn more about their nonprofit.
The team at Codelation loved supporting Pray for Gray’s cause and working with their directors step-by-step. Using our technical expertise we were able to raise up a local nonprofit doing so much good in the area.
Big image banners, dedicated event promotion space, and a huge gallery all help showcase Pray for Gray’s community gathering events. These events are what make Pray for Gray so special, so their website needed to highlight that.
Tyson, our web developer, worked hard to add components that would be easy to understand and update. The directors can swap out hero images, edit event information, and more in a flash.
We love all of our local nonprofits and what they do for the community. Pray for Gray is not an exception, and that is why we were so excited to give them a hand after they were drawn in our holiday giveaway. With a new and eye-catching site, we hope they are able to provide more support to patients and research programs for many years to come.
Erick Roder, Codelation’s man behind business development, was one of the team members that helped with the giveaway promotion. “Community is one of our core values, and being able to help Pray For Gray with their website is our way of lifting our community up,” he says.
If you know any other organization that could use a little technology guidance, we’re always willing to have a conversation.
